3M Particulate Respirator 8576, P95
Part Number Description Box
Nuisance level (below OSHA PEL) acid gas relief. For
use in aluminum smelting, chemical processing, and glass 3MS8576 With M-nose clip 10
etching applications in either oil or non-oil environments
where particulates and nuisance levels of hydrogen fluoride,
sulfur dioxide and/or chlorine are present. Features cool flow
exhalation valve and odor removing filter material.

3M Particulate Respirator 8577, P95

Nuisance level (below OSHA PEL) organic vapor relief.
Commonly used in either oil or non-oil environments Part Number Description Box
where particulate contaminants are found with low levels 3MS8577 With M-nose clip 10
of organic vapors. Features cool flow exhalation valve and
odor removing filter material. Applications would include
undercoating and petrochemical operations.

3M Particulate Respirator 8247, R95

Nuisance level organic vapor relief. For use in applications
such as foundries, undercoating, petrochemical operations Part Number Description Box
and agricultural situations where particles are present with 3MS8247 Organic vapor 20
concentrations of organic vapors below the OSHA PEL. The reliefM
respirator filter is NIOSH certified to provide at least 95%
efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols, including oils.
Time use restrictions may apply. Advanced electret media
and odor removing filter material.

3M Particulate Welding
Respirator 8233, N100

For those who want NIOSH’s highest rated filter efficiency
in a maintenance free respirator, the 3M 8233 N100 has
been certified by NIOSH to provide at least 99.97% filter
efficiency against solid and liquid particles (excluding those
containing oil). This respirator can be used when grinding, Part Number Description Box
welding, working with lead, or situations where arsenic or 3MS8233 With facesealM20
cadmium are present up to 10x the OSHA PEL. Adjustable
straps, advanced electret media and cool flow exhalation
valve included.
